Ingredients:
- 4 ounces chilled peppermint tea
- 2 tablespoons aloe juice
- 18 drops lavender essential oil
Combine ingredients in a spray bottle, shake lightly (before each use), and mist away!
Keep the bottle in the refrigerator for greater relief.
